How to Conduct a Fire Ceremony:
To conduct a fire ceremony, you would first build a fire.
Once the fire is lit, ask the spirit of fire to help you to release what you need to release. Ask the spirits of the land to receive what you are releasing.
Write down what you are releasing on a piece of paper, or pieces of paper.
Place each item in the fire. Name what you are releasing. When I did this, I read each prior to putting it in the flame and it seemed to work as well that way.
Blow into the fire, with the intention that the unwanted energy of what you are releasing is leaving your body through your breath.
Give thanks to the spirits of fire and land.
Fill your lungs with clean air. :)
