The Little Boat, You and Me

This is for my friend, who likes the sea...

You are sleeping in your bed, surrounded by tall, green trees, and flowers in purple and light blue. Leafy and full, the trees sway slightly in the breeze. In the branches, there are birds softly singing a lullaby. Your bed turns into a boat and floats silently away from the trees and into the sea, rocking you as you sleep.

After some time, you float into a small cave that stands waiting. The cave is dark and quiet, except for small fish that splash a bit jumping in the water around you. Your boat has turned back into a bed, where you sleep on the side of the cave ledge.

There are lights from the stars and moon that reflect off the water into the opening of the cave. You are being guarded by a fairy, but you never see her. Before you awake, your bed turns back into a boat, and you float back home.

Once again, you are surrounded by trees swaying slightly in the breeze and birds singing softly to wake you up. Your day is about to begin.
