while i was away in MN and CO, i ate what everyone else ate, as i was staying with relatives. but at breakfast, i ate my usual raw oatmeal, lemon juice, raw eggs, and honey (recipe courtesy of saint germaine via judy satori-see recipe below). it was weird eating pork for the first time in over 2 years.
the night after eating that first pork chop, i dreamt i'd passed out on a couch from exhaustion. upon looking out of the window, i saw Noordwijk aan Zee, Nederlands. it was night time and there was snow - a rarity there now. the night was very dark, but the houses were white and there were yellow lights in the windows. a bit like starry bethlehem would have looked. so i went out of the window and arrived there in noordwijk. as i arrived on the ground, it turned to early morning and the sun was just up (albeit overcast). a large white pig (very large) standing in the snow in front of me. he was quite tame, standing as tall as my chest (much larger than the pig shown in the photo). i was petting him, saying thank you and asking for help with my bar exam (pigs are very smart). just then, 3 trucks backed into me. i was not able to fly away fast enough to get away from them and so, i was on the way to dying, but it was not upsetting. then, i woke up.
upon arriving home, i have gone back to my usual vegetarian diet and that is best, as i don't like to eat meat.
Here is a bit about the boar - pig as an animal totem... a very good one for the bar exam, it seems. :)
