Becoming the Sun. 🌞
Sit down in nature facing the sun.
Between noon and 1pm is the best time, as you will receive all of the colours of the rays.
If not noontime, then sunrise and sunset are quite magical.
Let you thoughts flow in and out.
Eventually these will cease, after you have meditated regularly.
Until then, you can ignore it or write down your thoughts to clear your mind.
Just sit quietly.
Breath deeply in through the nose for a count of 10.
Let it out through the mouth.
Do this for some time,
Until you feel calm and centered.
You can close your eyes.
After some time, possibly months,
You will feel yourself entering the sun itself, or,
The sun will come closer in your perception.
Let it be.
Become one with the sun.
Let the light flow in and through you.
Feel your heart heal
Be whole
Feel joy.
It is done and so it is.
